Stellenflow is led by two co-founders whose studies and skills sit at exactly the intersection this work requires: the technical ability to build reliable systems, and the business understanding to know which problems are worth solving.

Our story

Where Stellenflow came from

Co-founders Brady and Katleho discovered the potential of emerging AI tools while studying at Stellenbosch University.

They realised the issue wasn't a lack of effort but a lack of efficient systems.

The idea for Stellenflow clicked when Katleho, while running a student society, tried to get catering quotes for an event and ended up waiting two weeks just to hear back, buried in slow email chains, missed replies and no clear system for tracking who'd responded.

So they built an automation for a local business to test the idea. The results spoke for themselves. Seeing what it could do firsthand, they knew this wasn't just useful for one business.

Stellenflow was born to close that gap for every small and medium business being left behind in the AI shift, automating the repetitive work so business owners can focus on what only they can do.
